"The people were great. My advisor, Paul, was exceptional. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and knowledgeable. The following paragraph is about the company processes itself, nothing about the people who work here - who were fantastic. The process for getting your car looked at is a mess. You can schedule an appointment, however it may not be until the next day they look at it. This is one of the few places where scheduling an appointment doesn't mean anything. This is the fault of the higher ups, above the people who work at this service center. Those people need to re-evaluate the process for scheduling appointments and giving proper guidance on how long things will take or what to expect. At this point, if you make a scheduled appointment, you probably will have to wait a day or longer regardless of your appointment time."
