"Do not schedule an appointment here if you’re wanting to wait with the vehicle. I made an appointment two weeks ago and specifically said I wanted to wait at the store as I had no alternative transportation. I came in and the lady asked if I was gonna wait or drop it off. When I said I would wait she said well we have no idea when we will see your car or if it is even gonna be today so you need to drop it off. When I told her that I made the appointment specifically saying I would wait she shrugged me off and acted like it was no big deal. She did not offer any empathy or to reschedule for a later time. Very poor customer service and waste of my time."
