"I purchased a pre-owned 2022 Toyota Camry SE with 20,000 miles less than 6 months ago. Shorty after the purchase I began having issues with my Apple CarPlay and radio display. I contacted Wyatt Johnson Service Center over 5 times regarding the issues. They reported no known recalls or of any other customers with this problem, therefore it would not be covered by the warranty. They informed me I would have to pay $150 for an electrical diagnostic fee and then whatever the repair cost came out to, but wouldn’t know that until after??? LOL. I wouldn’t agree to booking an appointment and requested to speak with the service manager (I know, what a Karen), because the car is practically new and I should not be paying hundreds, to thousands out of pocket for repairs. Anyways, the manage must be busier than the POTUS, because I was never able to get in contact with him. After getting fed up with Wyatt Johnson, I called Peppers Toyota in Paris, TN. They were able to diagnose and repair my car within the same week. NO COST, because the issue WAS covered by warranty and several of their technicians agreed that it is a known issue with newer model Toyotas. I just wanted to share this experience in hopes that no one else falls for Wyatt Johnson’s schemes and if you need a better Toyota Service Center, definitely contact Peppers. My experience was a 10/10."

"Michael was very knowledgeable, courteous and provided excellent service. He advised me of the progress and suggested service items the mechanic had noticed. He also got me out within the two hour time frame I had requested. I have always been satisfied with the courteous and knowledgeable service provided b;y Wyatt-Johnson Toyota."

"Today I had an appointment for simple oil change and tire rotation on my Tacoma 2014. Was offered to replace spark plugs, although they were replaced 20k ago (supposed to be every 60k). Checked my tires pressure in couple hours- front tire was 47psi instead of 34. Service was very fast. Took less than an hour."
