"The service was great, food came out pretty quickly. One taco, the fried cauliflower, was excellent, had a great spice level and crispy cauliflower. The chicken and waffle taco was not so great, the slaw makes it really watery and hard to eat, I couldn’t even pick it up I had to fork and knife it. Taste was just okay, just a little too sweet for me."

"* Food Court Style Dining * The Assembly is a cool place to grab a quick lunch. You have options from Nashville Chicken to Indian to Burgers and more. We stopped by Velvet Taco and ordered: - Rotisserie Chicken Taco: simple chicken taco with a bit of spice. Would not get again. - Angus Brisket Taco: best flavor, however was not a fan of the cheese taco shell. Would get again. - Salmon Taco: overall tasty salmon, not fishy. Would get again. - Brisket Nachos: this is more of a side order of nachos. Good to mix and match with tacos. Very flavorful and just enough to hit the spot."

"Unique taco creations that are delicious! Our favorite was the Cuban pig. We also tried the Korean fried rice and the chicken and waffle and they were also tasty. Tacos had lots of flavor and were pretty large. This location is inside the Assembly Food Hall which is like a food court. Lots of seating and the ability to try many different foods all in one spot. Be sure to try a taco here!"

"If you want tacos that are different this is the place. Large selection of tacos including a "fish and chips" taco. Mix and match your selection so you can try several different kinds. The slow roasted angus brisket taco was very flavorful. There was a line to place my order but that was expected on a busy Friday night. The food is worth the wait."
