""I had an incredibly unpleasant experience at McAlister's during dinner time. The manager on duty was extremely rude to me, which was completely unacceptable. It seemed like she was taking out her frustration on me, but she had no right to do so. I was already having a bad day, and her bad attitude only made it worse. I have never had to deal with such unprofessional behavior from any previous manager at McAlister's, and I assume the current manager has been with the company for less than a year. I'd like to bring to your attention that there were two fantastic managers in the past, Christopher (5-star service) and an older Caucasian lady (+5 star service) who has since moved away. They were both exceptional in customer service, and I never had any problems with them. I suggest that the current manager should not argue with customers moving forward. Instead, she should apologize and offer to remake the order. The frustration came because she had to remake it, and as a customer, I shouldn't have to deal with the consequences of her mistake. I apologize for any inconvenience caused, but I will not be returning to this location. I hope that you will take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.""

"I have really tried to be patient but will no longer order at all from here even if it is a free lunch. Not once, not twice, not three times in a row but four total I’ve had issues with my order. Twice Extra avocado at one point was three small slivers, I had to go back and ask for the extra , the salsa was left off of a taco salad and I had to go back and get it, this last time I ordered loaded Nachos which can only be described and a tbsp of cheese and 4 jalapeños (which I also ordered and paid for extra of those ) two olives with chips piled on top, the sour cream and salsa was also left off of that order too. When I called to ask about it I was told “since the order left, there’s no way to check” so ok I guess you either accept sub par service and still get charged or double check your food every single time and have to point out what’s missing. No more large dollar work lunch orders for us. It wasn’t just me because someone else looked at what was supposed to be “loaded nachos” and said I’d be really mad so… there’s that. It’s the attention to detail that’s absolutely terrible"

"As soon as we walked in, the smell was awful. The place smelled like sewage. We proceeded to order, the lady at the register was nice but it seem like she did not know how to count money. The floors were dirty. Most of the tables still had dirty dishes sitting on the tables. The food was brought to our table in a timely manner. The food was ok. As customers were coming in, the lady in the kitchen area was yelling that it would be 20-30 minutes before they could take anymore orders. The girls with long hair did not have their hair pulled up. The whole place was just gross!"

"This is my favorite lunch spot in Lebanon. Food is tasty, large portions, healthy, and good priced. However, the best part is that Megan the manager has done a phenomenal job building a great team that delivers phenomenal customer service. Every time I’m in here I’m pleasantly surprised at the team members that go out of the way to make my experience amazing. Not what you’d expect from a chain restaurant."

"I tried this restaurant twice after it opened and would have given it 1 star back primarily based on service. The 3rd time I attempted to go to this restaurant I was told it would be at least 45 minutes for a to-go order. The manager explained they had staffing issues. I refrained from posting a review at the time. Today the dining room was nearly empty. There were only 2 tables occupied. The first thing I noticed were half a dozen tables that hadn’t been cleaned, garbage on the floors, trash on the counter tops, overflowing garbage cans, and dirty welcome mats. When I opened our order the first thing I noticed was how tiny our sandwiches were. They are literally half the size of the “You Pick Two” from Panera. They also left out our pickle spears even though we had requested them. The sandwiches were decent but I don’t see the value. Location gets 4 stars. Food gets 3 stars. Service gets 3 stars. Cleanliness gets 2 stars. Value gets 2 star. It’s a shame because this restaurant has so much potential."
