"I went this evening. I used to LOVE coming here. I haven't been in awhile because I'm not in that area anymore. Long story short 2 car washes (platinum wash) and my car is still Grimes dirty and the wheels and tires are filthy too! I'm sad because I have never had a bad experience here."

"I'm not someone that usually puts reviews online, but after the experience I had with Finish Line in Paris, TN, I thought it was more than necessary to share. My experience included a short and skinny kid with a grey Finish Line shirt who reeked of mari-juana came to "help" me pick a wash because I wasn't fully sure what all each service included. I wish I was able to catch his name because the entirety of the conversation consisted of him asking for my snapchat handle and eyeing me up and down to the point I was visibly uncomfortable, and when I declined giving my info to him he started being very short and rude with me. I tried to get one of the more expensive washes and I can tell you, it made little to no difference to my vehicle. The front of my car was mostly clean which was nice but the back of my car was still dirty when I got to the other side, their tire shine that was included with the package didn't work on the driver side. If the wash can't even clean a small sedan I can't imagine how poorly it cleans other vehicles. And finally, when I went to use the free vacuum service for the inside of my car, it did an absolutely lackluster job -- very little to no suction. But at least I didn't have to pay for the vacuuming."

"Terrible experience!!!! Paid $25 for the platinum wash and ceramic detail!!! Came out with a truck full of soap and one side of the truck with no tire shine!!! Told the employees who knew the rinse cycle was broken but still sold us this service!!!! They told us that we could go through the basic cycle to get our vehicle rinsed off!!!! Are you serious!!!! Even after going through yet again…our truck was full of soap!!!! We had to wipe our vehicle off!!! Very dissatisfied!!! I called customer service who told me since I received most of my service that my money could not be refunded. I informed the employee that their broken services should not be sold!!!! A Supervisor was not available to speak with! I am waiting for a call back. We shall see if I get a call back! However, after reading several reviews from months back, it appears that Finish Line car wash does not value their customers as they have continued to provide terrible services at this site leaving customer’s cars with soap and dirty after the customer has paid money! Poor poor customer service I might say!"
