"I had a bad excpirience with Claudette, (shoes consultant) who is assisting me so bad. She is pushing me all the time, while I was there. She complain like- "You are 2 hours here, and dont know what you want. But I was in the shop area not even 1 hour. I asked her to go get shoes only once, the second time when I asked her to go get shoes she was upset. I wanted to buy two pairs of shoes, but because she pushed me to quickly complete the deal with her, I left with one pair of shoes."

We are having issue receiving our reward card from the holiday shopping. We get passed around from person to person. Leaving messages for the General Manager and speaking with others. Today was it ! We sent an email to the GM followed up with a call. Tomorrow is the deadline, we get a response or Saks here we come. There are plenty of places to spend our money at…."

"The service for the most part was good! Some employees were very helpful and nice while others not so much! Some more excellent than others! I purchased a Le Labo candle and was happy to see that it had my name on it. However, upon unboxing the candle I saw that the wax was poured unevenly and the candle label was folded which is not the quality I would expect from Le Labo nor Nordstrom. Regardless, I had a luxurious and friendly experience at the store!"
