"Dear AT&T, I am writing to commend one of your associates, DEricka Kimble, who provided exceptional assistance during my recent visit to your store located at 1401 W Reelfoot Ave #201, Union City, TN 38261. On July 1, 2023, while using my zero turn lawnmower, I accidentally damaged my iPhone, which was in my pocket. In need of a solution, I decided to visit your store. Initially, I was prepared to purchase a new phone. However, to my pleasant surprise, DEricka informed me that I was eligible for an upgrade and only needed to pay the taxes for the purchase. Throughout our interaction, DEricka displayed exceptional customer service, efficiency, knowledge, friendliness, and courtesy. I am truly grateful for DEricka's assistance in helping me avoid unnecessary expenses. Her dedication to providing outstanding customer service made the entire experience pleasant and hassle-free.
