"The whole staff was extremely polite but Q and Ted went above and beyond on customer service. Service with a smile is very rare these days but those two guys were all smiles, very polite, and helpful. Food was hot and fresh and ready in a time manner for a big order. So go get some good, hot food and great customer service! I will definitely be back! Best Popeyes I have ever been to coast to coast!!"

"So my boyfriend and I decided to walk in for once because we HATE the drive thru (the sharpest U-turn in the city). The woman who took out order came from sitting in the dining area. She seemed impatient when my boyfriend and I initially didn’t agree on mild or spicy chicken (silly I know), but once we agreed she asked for our two sides, fries and mashed potatoes. As they were preparing it, I watched them prepare it. No hair nets, manager sat in the chair in the middle of the kitchen with her head propped on her arm, eyes closed. I asked for some blackened ranch and she said I could have a few, not a lot. I offered to pay for more since we ordered the family feast option and it had a lot of food, but she said no. She handed us our food and as we left, she immediately went back to the dining area. Upon arriving home, we found out we didn’t even receive our second side that comes with the meal. It’s not really a big deal until everyone doing it and you’re tired of paying for food you never receive. Fast food has just gotten entirely too lazy and people are just rushing to get you out of the door instead of focusing on quality or AT LEAST the minimum requirements you ordered nowadays. Hopefully others have a better experience."

"Popeyes Louisiana Chicken is what it is. It comes down to how fresh it is and the level of service you receive. As for this location my food was very fresh sandwich was good anf frys were too hot to eat. The sweet lady taking my order wasn't the fastest but she did great. Overall would visit again."
