Also, possibly the best cole slaw I have ever had. The hot chicken sandwich my friend got was really delicious, too - nice level of heat, while still tasting all the flavors."

"I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH!! The owner Amin makes phenomenal hot chicken and you really taste the passion and love in his food. He has really managed to hit this sweet spot of sweet, savory and spicy on the chicken that perfectly satisfies the palate. The sandwiches have coleslaw in them, and I really love how fresh it is. I can tell just by having coleslaw from other ”big” hot chicken spots that offer coleslaw. It’s crisp, bright, cool, and pairs excellently with the spicy chicken. I could eat it by the spoonful! His staff makes Mac and cheese like I’ve never had before and there’s even banana pudding that is BETTER than Magnolia bakery!! I don’t live in Knoxville anymore but I love to come and visit and grab Hot birds each time I come back. I’m from Atlanta where there are so many great spots to eat, and still crave hot birds chicken! ❤️"

"This restaurant just opened and it's so good! I also got the mac and cheese and banana pudding which I also loved. The owner is super nice as well. It's great to finally have a halal Nashville hot chicken spot in Knoxville. They're currently only open on Fri-Sun but the owner said that he's planning on opening a permanent location soon. He also mentioned new items being worked on. Super excited and I'll definitely be coming back!"

"The best hot chicken sandwich in Knoxville and as good as I’ve had in Nashville. All the ingredients from the bun to the pickles to the coleslaw taste fresh and flavorful. The chicken itself is super flavorful and you can choose No Spice, Mild, Spicy, and Extra Spicy. No spice is perfect for those who don’t like a kick, Mild has the same heat as a spicy chicken from a fast food place, Spicy has a good kick but still very enjoyable, and Very Spicy will wake you up at the first bite. The chicken is very flavorful, juicy, and well prepared. Sandwiches are cooked to order so very crispy. The cole slaw is perfect with the heat. The sauce is great on the sandwich or with the fries. Fries are crispy and fresh, well seasoned. And it’s halal so the meat is slaughtered humanely. The Mac n cheese is gooey, cheesy, and delicious. Even great on the sandwich. Pick up only. The spot is on Magnolia and you park/go to the back of the building for pick up. Just an awesome sandwich and sides. Great price, too."

"Best Nashville hot chicken we’ve had! Our family of 4 loved it so much! I believe they make everything from scratch. Chicken was hot and crispy and perfectly spiced, ( we all got mild). We ordered the chicken sandwiches without coleslaw but now that we know they make the coleslaw, we’ll try it next time. The owners were really friendly, pleasant, and very generous. Order online before you get there as it’s pick up only."
