"Food is wonderful! I’m so happy to have a place to go for quality, clean, whole-food options. But why can’t I find the nutritional information anywhere (macros, etc- not just ingredient lists)? Would be nice to be able to enter this information into MyFitnessPal or other food tracking apps for folks on a journey to health."

"Over-priced and underwhelming. Any time I’ve bought from here I’ve paid way too much for leafy food that leaves a lot to be desired. I hoped this location would be better than the Old Hickory Blvd one, but nope. I guess if you’re a rabbit you might like to munch on some kale and a tortilla, but a little more substantial options would be nice. I also have no idea where they learned how to make smoothies as every smoothie I’ve gotten or seen orders from them was more of a watery, room-temperature juice than any smoothie I’ve had from elsewhere or made fresh on my own. Unfortunately there’s not much in the way of affordable lunch spots around this building."

"This wellness cafe is perfectly located in the heart of Nashville. Super convenient! I have a peanut allergy so I’ve never been able to try a açaí bowl before because of cross contamination, but E+Rose was able to actually make it completely peanut free! Super special:) Great customer service and everything was delicious!! Thank you E+ROSE!!!"

"even though the location was difficult to find, it was worth it! it’s in the back of the building, facing pinewood social. we were in search of smoothie bowls and got The Pro & The BC. Both were delicious, healthy, and packed full of nutrients & flavors! loved the large cups they’re served in too! would’ve liked more fruits on top, but I know that for next time! the ambiance was very relaxing and filled with plants & soft lighting. we’ll be back!"

"E+Rose Wellness Cafe & Bodega at Peabody Plaza was such a relaxing & pleasant experience!! We have been going to E+Rose for years, and we love the WEHO (Wedgewood/Houston) location, over by the fairgrounds. But since this brand new location is right across the street from Crema (our favorite music city coffee spot), it is so convenient…and now we will be stopping by this location regularly. Of course, E+Rose has coffee/lattes/drinks as well, so we get those, too, at times! Their wonderful smoothies, superfood bowls, healthy meals, and an array of delicious and nutritious snacks and treats, make this food spot one of our go-to’s in Nashville. Thank you E+Rose for opening this beautiful, new and huge location…we love it!!!"
