"Went in to get some pellets for my stove, asked the older lady If she could get me some help with loading and unloading and she acted like I asked for her arms, very rude. I'm 61 bad back, finally a young man came over and helped me, very polite and helpful, go to ACE they just do it with out asking if you want help. I would of given more stars because of the young man but that lady just ruined the whole experience for me."

"They may have good products. But the assistant manager Jason and his boss the store manager unfortunately I didn't get her name. Are extremely rude and unprofessional. Being a decent person doesn't take much. But these two are far from decent. Won't be back Follow up. So when you leave a bad review and the manager is confronted by, I assume corporate. She will then call and complain about the driver or person to their company even tho he wasn't the one who did the review. Seriously sad that there are people like that. Retaliation at its finest. Tractor supply come on now, do better, and be better. Because she was rude and couldn't be bothered to do her job. Because her assistant committed to something and she didn't want to deal with it. The only reason I didn't do a follow-up until now is because. Seeing how petty she is/was I had to wait until said person was no longer with the company in fear, she would again try and get him fired."

"I wouldn’t suggest going in with less than 10 minutes until closing time. Unbelievable that the manager was the rude one while the hourly employee was polite, helpful and respectful. His manager on the other hand was peeved that someone had the nerve to come in her store so close to closing time that right after my husband walked in, she immediately pulled several carts to block anyone else from entering, turning the open sign off 4 minutes before closing time. I guess next time we’ll go give that money to Walmart. So sorry for inconveniencing you ma’am, it won’t happen again."

"Nice feed and supply store. The staff is much friendlier than the Jonesboro location. It is easy to get in and out of as well. They didn't have the self-checkout that outer TSC stores have been implementing but the cashier was quick in the checkout line. The prices seem to be on par or a little higher than competitors but sometimes it is the only store with availability of specific products that day and it isn't much more. Overall not a bad store and wouldn't hesitate to visit again."
