"I came in for lunch and asked for the chicken house salad and it was amazing. My waitress Samantha had a very good personality kept my drinks full the whole time. She had my order out in a timely manner and recommended dishes for me to try. Top notch waitress you could tell she loves working there. I will definitely be back to request for her and try the shrimp pasta she said was amazing. Good job side car my experience was wonderful from the moment I walked in to the moment I left! That was hands down some of the best service I have ever had!"

"Absolutely horrendous service. Had a party of 13. They should have told us they couldn't handle large parties. Server didn't take one order at all until we called her attention to it, didn't submit 3 orders to the kitchen so they were never filled, and never checked back for drink refills. Was in the restaurant for over an hour, had to ask 3 different times about the missing orders, and watched other tables who had been seated after us get their food, eat and leave. Manager wasn't much help. He couldn't figure out the order sheet either, and he came back 3 times trying to figure out what menu items were needed. No condiments or salt and pepper on the table. Had to ask for that as well. When we did get the food, it was okay. Nothing amazing, but ok. Then, when getting the check, I specifically asked if the tip was included in the bill. I was told no. Get to the cashier and find out it WAS included, and yet the manager was going to "help" me put on the tip. So not only was the service very poor, they tried to fraudulently double charge the tip. I highly recommend you avoid this place. We have been to the franchise in Memphis and have always had wonderful service and good food. This store is a disgrace to the Sidecar name."

"Staff was friendly, nice atmosphere, and the band was enjoyable. The food was not bad, but they were out of Sicilian sandwich, burgers, hotdogs, wings, mac & cheese, and their brownie ice cream, dessert. The first two things, my son attempted to order they were out of, and then two other things within the party they were out of. Not sure how a bar and grill runs out of burgers and wings. If they get their ordering right and actually have what’s on the menu, it would be a nice place to go for a drinks, a meal and some music."

"Excellent bar, interior has been well put together. Fantastic oitdoor area and rooftop bar. Great to see it being run by people who know what they are doing. Live music on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Prices for food and drinks are reasonable. Good range of food, quality of food looks great. We tried the poppers and they were crispy, juicy and cheesy. Can't wait to try the burgers and gator bites. Service is excellent, staff are very friendly."
