"We were told not to make a mess and told what trash can to use. The food was good but the directions were not necessary. We were tempted to leave our trash on the table as pictured, but we did throw it away."

"Food and service were decent. But when you first walk in you are hit with a moldy wall and smell, plus a sign labeling it “wet paint”. As a mold remediation specialist it is disheartening to see this right next to the kitchen and cash registers. Forced air is being blown across the surface, which leads to cross contamination. Kids can easily rub their hands across the surface and get sick. Definitely wouldn’t recommend until problems have been fixed."

"I waited in the drive thru line for 45mins just to get to the window and the employee tells me they don't have my Door Dash order, they aren't taking anymore orders and they aren't going to make anything else that night. "Sorry about your wait.' It would've been respectable if they sent someone outside to talk to the long line of cars so the people didn't have to waste their time."

"It's been over a year since we last visited any Wendy's. This day, we decided to give it another try after a bad experience the last time we ordered a takeout at a different Wendy's location. This time, the counter people were friendly. The wait time for our order was reasonable (although they were very busy). The sandwiches were neatly packed in their wrappers, unlike the messy sandwiches we had the last time we stopped at a Wendy's. The takeout was a total mess! The sandwiches had come apart completely and looked like the entire contents had been thrown together into the wrapper by an uncaring person. We can't recall which Wendy's location we visited & I wish I had written a complaint then. This time, we actually dined in, and we had a great experience with the service and the neatly wrapped sandwiches and very tasty! We will remember this location for sure, next time."

"Worst Wendy's ever. I set in the drive thru for 10 minutes with only 1 other car in line for a Jr frosty. The frosty was liquid and foamy at the top. Looked like it was full of soap. Employees never even spoke to me. Management needs to be fired."
