"I had a vehicle towed to this shop the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. I called them 6 times to check on the status of the repair to be told they would let me know something soon each time. After 11 days they called me to tell me they couldn’t help me and I needed to take it somewhere else. I rented a car for 2 weeks costing almost $800 so my wife would have transportation during this time. I arranged for it to be towed to another shop 30 miles away 14 days after I left it there. They called me today to request payment for approximately $200 for their diagnostic test. I strongly recommend you seek assistance from ANY other shop if you’re looking for help with your car care needs. Merry Christmas! Update: after having the car looked at by another shop, the car is fixed and the problem wasn’t the transmission which your shop misdiagnosed. Glad I didn’t authorize you guys to replace your misdiagnosed repair."

Called 4 hours later they said it would be ready in about an hour. 4:45PM I call again, no answer, turns out they decided to lock my car up overnight and close without telling me. I walked home. Next day I give them heads up I was coming to pick up the car. I show up, they say 5 minutes left to go, I wait 15 minutes and then the receptionist walks away and so do I, without my car, again. Hours later I get a call that it’s finally ready. Thanks for all the wasted time and for never being honest with me."
