"It’s a dive bar, so 5 stars for that, but nothing else. Was here to see a friend’s band perform and it was good for that. But watch out for the seat cushions that will eat you! You’ve been warned!"

"Great place to hang out with friends. Went there to see the bands. Could definitely use an upgrade on the sound equipment. Needed better speakers and mixing equipment. Alcohol was decently priced. I did not try the food, so I can not comment. A couple of fans to move some air through would have been great."

"Visiting Murfreesboro and I had the most fun at this place. The live music was amazing, the staff was attentive with service, and it had a fun crowd of people. Everyone feels concerned with COVID and the need to be cautious, the bar was a very open concept with great airflow that I felt lower the risk. I am not going to stop my life, but I can be smart about where you go and this place meets the grade."

"I've grown up on this block, performed at this venue and know it's history pretty well. The Boro Bar and Grill has been around since my parents days of going to MTSU. I give it a 5 star review for being low-key and a good overall dive bar. You get out what you put in when it comes to this bar as a musician. The beer and food is what you'd expect. Rock on!"
