"Thanks to the guys and the workshop. I had a problem with the fuel system and fuel line assemble. It would take 2 days to process the order plus a day for replacement. The craftsmen in thе workshop repaired the hoses and I didn’t have to wait 2 days. I didn't lose any money or time. The work was done on time, for reasonable money, and I enjoyed the professional work of this workshop."

"Just got my vehicle back for 790$ for them to have fixed an inertia switch which had shut off my fuel pump. I called them knowing my fuel pump wasn’t working so I asked if they worked on fuel pumps, and they said yes. They towed it, and went to work on it that day. I thought great, I’ll get a new fuel pump. When I was called I was told they had taken the fuel pump off the car to test it, found it was fine, but that my inertia switch had been flipped when I was changing my tire the day before they fixed it. So I told them not to replace the fuel pump if it was working. So they reinstalled the fuel pump, and then had me come to pick up my car with a text saying the price of the tow, the labor, and tax together were all 762$ and if I pay with a card it gets a 3.5% markup from the machine to be 789$. This was the only time in the 3 phone calls and 4 text messages of communication that I was quoted any price at all. That’s how much I thought I’d be paying for an actual fuel pump replacement, not for them to give me my car back with nothing replaced. Just the fixed switch which by itself would have been 150$. This is a crazy overpriced repair for something as simple as an inertia switch. Even crazier than that, an hour after I made this review, Dyersburg Automotive called me asking me to take my review down, as they felt that they had done a lot of work for my vehicle, and my review was unfair. They told me that the 200$ for my tax, tow, and that 3.5% extra wasn’t even to them, so that 590$ is appropriate to pay for the work they did. They said they pride themselves on customer satisfaction, and they believed I was too naive in the ways of car repair to understand the costs for my repair, even telling me my electrical wiring was torn and needed repair, not just that my inertia switch was flipped. Even though they didn’t charge me for any repaired wiring?"

"Dyersburg Automotive is a great place to have your vehicle repaired. We were on our way up from visiting family 3 hours away from Dyersburg and we normally stop at Loves Travel Stop to fill up. This was on a Saturday and after filing up and buying some refreshments, we tried to start our vehicle and it ran for a second and then quit. With help from my son over the phone who is a mechanic we determined that it was most likely a fuel pump. I knew we needed a tow and with the help of AAA, Russom's Towing came to help. I also highly recommend this company since we had no idea where to take the vehicle to that is trustworthy. Russom's recommended Dyersburg Automotive and they contacted them to take it to. They are normally closed but a mechanic was available and was willing to work on the vehicle. After obtaining parts on Monday they repaired the vehicle. Dyersburg Automotive is a dependable and honest company. They were upfront with me and kept their promise and we were back on the road at the end of the day on Monday. Knowing our situation the owner even called that evening to make sure everything was OK and that we made it home safe. I highly recommend Dyersburg Automotive and will look them up again if the need arises. It is good to know that there are good people who do not take advantage of a situation. "I had nothing but excellence that came from Dyersburg Automotive. I had my 2017 Ford Explorer worked on and at first we did not get to the root of the problem. However, Jase, Gidget, and Tiffany had pull their all into fixing my vehicle so I could get back on the road. I also have a warranty associated with this vehicle and did not have to lift a finger other than making sure they had the warranty information on hand.
