"Busy and usually always packed because of tourist location. Bar quality eats so with that said the Food is OK -you really just go for the atmosphere and Christmas decorations. Perfect if you have little ones. They have full open bar too with basic selection, good for fast quick bite basic bar food- nothing extraordinary like the view and experience. Not a big menu selection. I got a turkey Bacon Cobb salad, it was ok $18, I also got chicken wings with Honey Sriracha sauce $17 and mozzarella sticks $14 and strawberry lemonade $10. A bit pricey if u ask me for the quality, but given the location I guess it's fair to most. Nice waitress/ bartender very polite and helpful to customers."
"Cute little toy store!"
"This place was a happy surprise for our kids to stumble on! Lots of cute things in a variety of prices for a variety of interests. Of course my kids wanted all the expensive stuff that is on display, and there is a lot of (a bit overpriced, IMO) expensive toys. That said, it’s a nice little store and the woman working when we were there was SO sweet and kind - so sweet, in fact, she’s one of the things we remember most fondly about our visit to Gaylord Opryland Resort."
"We checked this place out one day and as soon as we came in we hear this older man (either he's an employee or the store owner) talking to the customers. He was very charming, friendly and accommodating to the customers. While we were still browsing, we can still hear him talking to various customers in the same manner. As soon as we reached the counter to pay for the toy my toddler chose, this man all of a sudden became quiet. No hellos, no small talk, limited eye contact. Did a complete 180 degrees on us. He just asked if that was all that we're buying and have a good night (all in a flat tone) as we were leaving. We usually give the benefit of the doubt when it comes to situations like this but we can't help but feel like he treated us differently because we are POC. The customers he was so happily assisting before us were all white. Definitely will not be coming back to this place."
"My fiancé and 18 month old were berated by the employee Patty. All they did was walk in to look at the toys. After Patty mistakenly took him for a girl my fiancé corrected her and said it was okay it happens often. Patty stated that with a name like Ocean, feminine features, and long hair if we were one of those people letting our child pick his gender. I’m not even joking...I’m speechless. When I asked her to call the manager she claimed she didn’t recall the whole conversation and as I’m trying to speak to the manager I have Patty in the background magically remembering details and calling my fiancé a liar. This was not one little of hand comment it was a whole conversation. My child had to leave upset and I’m appalled. My Son luckily didn’t understand what was going on and can’t imagine how to deal with it if he did. Please don’t support this place. No child store should have an employee like that!"
