"I ordered from them on July 15th, 2022 for my daughters high school cheer uniforms. Well here it is November, 7th, 2022 and they still have not shipped her merchandise. I inquired and all they keep stating is they are working on it! Well cheer season for her is already over now what??? This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!! The worst company! Customer service is rude and they can’t even tell me when I will get the items I ordered! All they keep telling me is the anticipated ship date is 10/14 and again we are definitely past that date too! +$200 of my money and still no merchandise! 0 star rating would be my preference to rate them. Don’t run a business that can’t keep up with customer and production demand. Warn a customer who is shopping on your site that orders will take exceptionally longer than usual to be shipped and/or received! Change your supplier or do something quick!! Do not order from them as the entire cheer team had issues receiving their orders as well! You may not even receive anything for several months! Update-I was just on the phone and was hung up on. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she the rep tried to not allow me to speak with management. Then what do you know…the phone got hung up on me only to have call in again and wait another 20 mins on hold or more. Yup! Better business bureau is next to contact!"

"The only reason gave 1 star is because manager Jimmy at least made an effort. Cheer shoes not even sized close to normal sizing. After a couple of return and exchange attempts . Have decide to request refund and go with a similar and certainly cheaper shoe somewhere else. The shoes have been returned and my update from management this am was they will get to my refund when they get to it. Horrible customer service and product is a joke. We will be hoping to explore new options for the furure"

"This is a very good company, don't get me wrong. But they make really careless mistakes with packages. The quality if amazing, but at the same time it takes weeks to reach your home. My advise ? If you do not live in Tennessee you should order your things about 3-4 weeks in advance, because how long it takes to reach you. I live in Missouri and have driven there and back In less time then it takes for the boxes to get here !"
