"My family and I went into Scottsville BK today and it seemed only 3 people working. They were so calm and collected. Very polite and very busy. We were highly impressed with how they kept their cool under pressure and took care of everyone the best they could. We appreciate them coming into to work even on this hard day. The restaurant was pretty clean for how busy it was."

Any time there has been an error it either wasn't their fault or quickly resolved. I can't emphasize enough how kind their employees are compared to the rest of this city."
