Not to mention extremely professional, friendly, and courteous - all the things you expect but rarely find in today's marketplace! I hope their managers know what two gems they have working there! I am a brand new customer and if I had not received the quality of customer care that I did from them I would have shipped those new devices right back and went right back where I came from! Unfortunately, I didn't get the care I deserved upon the original sale at another location (Target store) but these two had me back in business in way less time than anticipated. I hope they don't go anywhere any time soon because I will definitely be a customer as long as I'm receiving their top notch level of service."
