"Stopped into this store a few days ago. When I first walked in, a woman was at the counter trying to ask an associate to explain the prices on her receipt. The lady was trying to tell her she didn’t know she bought a pair of pants for the same price of 3pk of pants. Clothes were on sale for different prices in different sections. Easy to understand. However the associate didn’t stop running her mouth after the woman left the store. Woman was very calm and polite for considering how I would act if someone treated me that way. Tempted to just leave, I did however finish up shopping and proceeded to check out. Same associate checked me out. She did not have good manners for costumer service. There was a promotion for buy $20, get $20. Never promoted it to me until after I got my receipt. I respectfully left and will not be returning to this store. She was complaining how prices “prices are just prices. That’s that” and not understanding as a parents point of view children’s clothing can become expensive. Especially when they don’t were those clothes for long. Incredibly rude and very dissatisfied."

"I think it is utterly ridiculous that December 2022 you still have signs up everywhere saying there’s a coin shortage and you must have exact change. Items are not on correct racks. There are a slew of summer shirts and shorts on the additional 60% off clearance racks, yet when they ring up it’s only 40% off. I stood in line for 10 mins to get to the register for my items to ring up wrong therefore I then didn’t have the “exact” change. Fix your signs or give change. So frustrating and your store clerks could care less."

"This place is a total gem for gently used and actually awesome kids clothes, shoes, and toys! It’s like a treasure hunt every time I go and I haven’t been disappointed once! So happy I found this place especially because I find so much brand name stuff!"

"I was very disappointed to find that they didn’t actually have any children in stock. They had all of the clothes and accessories for one but I was unable to purchase a child. Hopefully they will have restocked next time I go."

"I stopped shopping IN store because of this location. I have 5 children I shop for at childrens place and we moved from Texas (where they price match with CHILDRENS PLACE online prices) as well as any other location I've been to (NC, SC, MA etc etc.) I would just rather wait for my items since they offer free shipping with any order anyway. I go in store only to check out what size the kids have grown too and to see what they like. I will never spend money at this location again."
