Discount Tire

"Had a nail in my tire. I was told at this store that it was “at too much of an angle to plug”. Also they said my tires are 15k tread life, how convenient since I’m at 14,480. They try selling me tires but I had them fill the low tire and left to get a 2nd opinion. I then went to Newton Nissan where I purchased the vehicle. They plugged the tire for free and assured me it is safe. They also said my tires have a 65k tread life warranty. 50,000 more miles!!! The kid at discount tire is a liar and a thief!!! I drive 30k miles a year and picked up at least a dozen nails over the years, I think discount tire has fixed 1 for free without coercing me to buy new tires. I will never do business with discount tire agin!"

They didn’t have the same tire, but in a stroke of luck, Daniel mentioned an alternative that was in fact in stock. Using my “certificates” warranty replacement, I was in and back out in about an hour! I cannot thank today’s crew enough.
