Got my statement brought it in to the guy behind counter I understand these things happen can you please just apply it to my new order- Answer your too late - you need original receipt, next time come back same day. He then repeated this answer 3-4 times. I said so you telling me I have to call my bank every time I come in here to make sure your not double charging me? Answer- YES-And I have never ordered 2 sandwiches one would know this if they see me 3 times a week- He pretended he's not familiar with my orders or me- Since Hervish has gone this place has changed for the worse. 3 years and the answer is too late-from a week ago -Who leaves a guy like this in charge?"
