"Worst experience & customer service ever for me. 3 months ago I bought a vehicle here, and the truck had multiple issues. The key remote would not work, the bluetooth was also not working properly, the car was also making a weird noise on the bottom of the exhaust pipe. I tried to take it back so I could trade in for another vehicle but they've told me the value had gone down because of the mileage I had put in the car. I drove the car to Vegas for a vacation to give it the car a try for a few days. They would not fix these issues. 3 days ago the car started to smell like sulfuric acid which is highly toxic, it was coming from the battery, and the smell was very overwhelming, I started to feel light headed so I had to pull over before going to the hospital. Turns out the battery was bad, the car is not even 3 months old since I bought it. I had to buy a new battery after. I will be putting a legal motion in rutherford county againts GMC Chevrolet Murfreesboro and his owner first thing on monday. I see other customers complaints with similar issues. Enough is enough.."

"I had a couple issues with my vehicle upon my last visit at the dealership. Amanda Kopp was the person in the service department who handled those issues. Everything went without a hitch and the issues were resolved. Due to professionals like Amanda and the customer service orientation of the dealership, it really makes it easy for me to decide who I want to work with in regard to vehicle purchases."
"I was traveling when I saw I had a coolant leak so I stopped at this dealership. They had to replace the waterpump and suggested getting the valve covers resealed as they were seeping. This is a 20 year old truck that I purchased new and have never had to add oil between changes but agreed to the work. Delays getting parts took almost 2 weeks. I picked up my truck and drove approximately 30 miles home and the next day saw a puddle of oil under it. They agreed to let me take it to a local shop and asked me to send them the invoice which I did. The dealer charged me $402.69 +tax and the repair shop charged $209.69. They sent me a check for the repair shop charge and kept the rest. I shouldn't have to pay them the $192.95 difference for a job they did wrong. They should have refunded me the amount they charged. Nothing but a cheap way of doing business."
"Had a guy named Jamie who really helped me. He put effort into making sure I was happy with my purchase. Also thought it was a very nice dealership. They had a huge inventory of vehicles where other Chevy dealers didn't. Was good business in that they didn't have markup on the car I was interested in. I went to a few other Chevy dealerships and all of them had markup. Lastly they gave me a good apr compared to a couple other dealership's. I'll definitely recommend to anyone looking for new car and when I need new car in future, I hope to buy from the again."
