"The woman in the picture posted by Kathy Cupp is me. I was either on the phone with my boss, my district manager or our Employee Response Center. We do not use our personal phones at the register unless necessary. Also I am the Assistant Manager and as the manager on duty I am allowed to carry my personal phone. As for the mops in the "wrong" place they look to be different sizes. I am sorry you do not like our store but we get ALOT of compliments on how clean and nice our store is. We also get compliments on how friendly and helpful all us employees are."
