"It's absurd how this store hunts for personal data and how they demand it, in a rude manner. The last time I paid for a purchase over $400 , and refused to give the cashier my e-mail, phone number and address, he just turned around and left and said that he could not accept my payment, then the manager came and did the check out process, but warned me that next time he will not be able to make a transaction using a coupon, which they sent me 3 times, to my e-mail, phone number and address, if I do not provide my personal data! REALLY ?!?! Ok, I have been a customer of this store for more than 10 years and I will never come back after these words, it is stupid and silly to give my personal information to some person whom I see for the first time and it is very unprofessional for the store to do business in this direction, also it is against all business ethics."

"I called ahead of time to see if they had a certain item in stock… the lady went to go check and said they had multiple and would put it on hold for me! Drove all the way out to the store and no one had any idea what I was talking about, and there they weren’t in stock!!! Very frustrating."

The female cashier acted as if I owed her a lot of money, without saying a word of basic politeness, and handed me the change and the invoice coldly, without saying a word. It is recommended that the manager pay attention to the mood of the employees, and do not go to work if there is a problem. I have been to PoLo stores in many states, and it is the first time I have encountered such coldness, but unfortunately there are no sporadic"

"I had an amazing experience at this location on this past Saturday ( the day after Black Friday) 1. The store was fully stocked, even after Black Friday. 2. The selection in the “Big&Tall” was amazing! 3. The level of service was outstanding I am a bigger guy, and I dread going into polo because I actually like their clothes, but they never carry my size in store. ( I always order online) Well! They had it! EVERYTHING! I was so amazed and down right grateful to have the regular shopping experience. I made it a point to thank the manger for stocking his store with ALL sizes, and he gave me his info and said that they will actually zoom call you around the store and then mail you the clothes you picked! WOW! Customer service at its finest! I will share this experience with everyone! Thank you!"
