"I had a 2 pm appt for tire rotation only. I was told at check in that 2 people called out and there were only 2 employees working. That I could leave if I liked. I stayed and waited 1-3/4 hours. The. counter employee was very nice. However, it was a long wait for my requested service."
"Went to get rotate and balance. Since I was treated rudely at Mt Juliet store I marked all four tires before I arrived. They took my truck in, about 30 minutes later they brought it back and said it was done. I got home all 4 tires were in same position and air was low in all tires. Looks like the mission statement has changed to " we have plenty of customers. It's not going to hurt us if we lose some !! I saw your reply. All you have to do is forward all the info you already have ( my phone number , my post , and my thoughts about how you conduct business ) To whom you want to handle it !!! Do not use this an excuse to ignore like so many other businesses do. It is a complete waste of time to complain !!!! Their procedure to handle complaints has only one outcome. Customer is wrong and the customer needs to be quiet and quit disagreeing with us. We are not going to do anything about your complaint so shut up !!!!!!!! We will only tolerate so much complaining before we shut you up. We will block all your phone calls and continue to ignore you. That is our secret company mission statement. Always ignore. Always disrespect. We have too many customers anyway !!!!!"
"Had an 8:30 appointment. Was here at 8:15 said they would get it in. At 9:22 they finally pulled it in and then at 10-25 a tech came out to tell me about something else needed to be done I said just rotate and balance the tires. Manager just lets the phone ring very unprofessional. Not happy with the service. Why make an appointment and then not do what is expected. Will not be back"
"I called 4 days in advance to make an appointment and explained to the person I talked to how important it was for me to wait and have my car ready asap. He recommended that I get an 8:30a appt and said that would be the best time to go "in and out quickly." I show up at 8:30, they take my keys and I go to work on my laptop. A couple hours later, I'm baffled that they are still working on it, so I go to ask, and my car HASN'T BEEN MOVED THE WHOLE TIME. They had multiple people come in and out ahead of me even though I had an appt, and they didn't. The person on the counter said it would be ANOTHER HOUR before they even got to it. He offered some apologies and basically said I had to take it or leave it. Welp, there goes 2 hours down the drain. I'm a consistent client for Tire Discounters and have used multiple locations successfully. This is the first time this has happened to me, so I wouldn't recommend that anyone comes to this location. My experience was terrible."
"Super nice and informed counter tech/sales person. 'Not just selling; he knew what we were talking about, answered the questions I had with professionalism and acumen, and it left me feeling reassured and glad I went. The name should maybe change. At least in my case - in need of my particular tires for a box truck and the options available, the listed cost of my needs was seemingly within pennies of what Firestone had offered, and in the case of 1 particular tire, even more. If you're the same price as Firestone you should say you're a discounter. The sign out front should simply read, 'Tire'. Nonetheless, I will likely switch all such needs to this place. They won me over. The satisfaction and speed of service outweighs any thing I could possibly have to grumble about."
