"Sharing my experience so others can learn from my experience. I bought a shirt and got it home and didn't fit like I wanted l, so brought it back for a return with all the tags attached. The sales associate said it was "clearance" and all sales are final on clearance items. I showed them all the tags and no where on the tags was it marked with the words "clearance". The associate said it is written on the receipt, but that does you absolutely no benefit, because the sale is done at that time. Then they said there is a sign at the counter, but it is small and you have to read most of the way down to finally pick it out. I asked to speak to a manager and they said to look up the corporate number on the website and talk to them. To no surprise, there is not a phone number to call and you can only email corporate. I did a response the next day and they said they do not address anything at corporate, and I would need to speak to the manager of the store. I returned to the store a few days later and asked for the manager and they were not in. I left my name and phone number with the associate and was told the manager would call back they next day when they were in tomorrow. It has been over a week and have yet to receive a return call."
