"Update: 7/7/23 I went to pick up my vehicle after “dash repair” and told them I was not satisfied. Multiple male workers came out with the owner Daryl who said it was perfect and he is not replacing the dash. All they did was create a new problem by “repairing” the dash instead of replacing it like they should have for a brand new vehicle. There is now a new defect in the leather dash that they created. The owner Daryl is the most unprofessional “owner” I have ever met. Once the sale is complete the customer is useless and customer service is nonexistent! Buyer’s beware of this dealership. Worst dealership ever! We bought a brand new 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit in January. We pointed out during the purchasing process that there was a tear in the leather of the dash. They told us they would “make it right and it was damaged during shipping”. They never took the steps to notify Jeep that it was damaged and now they want to have someone patch the leather. Multiple calls to the salesman who said they would have someone repair the tear and we would never know the difference. I brought the vehicle in to Bennett, who took pictures and said that he would call the next day and never did. I called a few days later and Bennett still said he was waiting on the replacement cost and he would call the next day. Still no call. I called back yesterday to speak with Bennett who punted the call to Cornelius, who basically told me they never submitted the paperwork upon receiving the Jeep to submit a claim for the shipping damage and the best they can do now is repair the tear instead of replacing the whole piece that we were told they were going to replace. I asked Cornelius to have the General Manager call me to discuss since he was no longer at work the next day. I also called today to speak with the GM and they again sent me to voicemail because he was not there. A brand new vehicle that the charging ports do not work, a torn dash and a rattle in the back for some unknown reason and no customer service! If I could give zero stars I would! Never purchase from this dealership as they have zero integrity."

"JR took care of us on our recent purchase and was top notch from start to finish! He called before we arrived and met us at the door with a smile. We got to the dealership hungry, and after showing us the car, he let us talk it over at lunch and even gave a restaurant recommendation. Service was excellent, staff was friendly, purchase was pain free, and the guys were shooting free throws on the side.
