"The security guard is dumb as can be. I couldn’t find a item and when i was leaving he asked me did i find everything I needed boss then I told him no they didn’t have it and on top of that a customer tried to look at me and stood right beside me when i was typing my PIN number in the machine. Ignorance and stupidity is bliss. The security guard also walked outside when I left and looked at me weird."
"They do a great job at keeping shelves stocked, organized, & clean. Given the fact that they are in the middle of a bad 'hood; they deal w/ loitering, panhandling, & B/E pretty good w/more frequent police presence. Im so glad they've replaced rolling carts but need more carrying carts. Their worst issue: they need a btr layout- you actually have to squeeze past ppl in the checkout line just to get in & shop! If you both have a basket u WILL collide! Not good for Soc.Dist.!!"
"I almost had a normal shopping experience until I had an occurrence with a very rude male staff worker. For him to be a man and of his size... he needs further training on how to address customers. Just because the location is in the hood, doesn’t mean that you should exemplify just that. Very low customer service skills, and possibly lower IQ to not know that you don’t handle women like that."
"Very dirty, didn't have what I was looking for, staff not very nice, unorganized, parking lot empty the majority of the time, lots of trash in parking lot, Don't Recommend at all. Family Dollar to close 400 stores and remodel 200 in 2019, read social media reports and continue watching your local news to. Dollar Tree owns Family Dollar since 2015."
