"My mom and I went to this location on Christmas Eve to purchase a suit and some other items for my dad. Neither of us were greeted when we entered the store. The front door needs maintenance and puts off a bad first impression upon entry. We browsed for a while before we had to go and find someone. After he helped us with the least amount of effort possible, we went to ask if there was a size in the stock room. No one checked or offered to order and get it shipped. My mom also asked if they had a size in a button up and one of them simply replied “oh, that’s gonna be hard to find” without the move of a muscle. All 4 employees were gathered around a table in the middle of the store talking amongst themselves and one of them was seated. The overall experience was lackluster for a store where we expect to experience superior customer service. I left two stars instead of one because this team was there working on Christmas Eve and it is always extremely appreciated to have stores like this open for last minute gifts, so we appreciate this team for taking time away from their families to operate the store. I just wish that this experience was better."

"We had an awful experience with our bridal party at the Memphis location. Clearly they need a new person to measure because all the guys that were measured at the Memphis location ended up with way too short of pants that had to be fixed at the last minute. But the two groomsmen from out of town were perfectly fine. Thaddeus, the store manager needs to watch his staff because clearly they can’t measure correctly."

"I recently went in with my dad and little brother so they could get fitted for their suits for my wedding. After a not-so-good experience at Men’s Wearhouse, I decided to come here, and I am so glad that I did! Overall, the staff was amazing and attentive to detail. I was greeted by Briana and she took her time to make sure everything fit perfectly. She was so patient and we just felt like the environment was so comfortable and caring. Can’t recommend them enough!"

So funny yet professional and knowledgeable! The in-store tailoring is a big plus too! And the price even came in slightly less than what we were expecting to pay. Overall a great experience."
