Doesn’t put the customer first. Doesn’t honor their word. Did not keep us updated. Didn’t offer any assistance in resolving the problem. Didn’t offer us a loaner vehicle. Very unprofessional behavior from Robert in the Service Department to Mell the Service Department Supervisor. You would be better off taking your vehicle to a mom and pop for repairs and service. Clearly the way Holly Chevrolet is ran is not customer oriented and they don’t care about you as a customer."
