"I called this store and asked whether they have one toy which I saw it in other five below location, a woman answered the phone rudely with only “ NO” and hung up even before I finished . I’ve never ever had this customer service before and I was shocked . I won’t go inside this store , I swear"

"I thought the Five Below close to my house was awesome by dollar general and CVS in Bartlett. But this one is way better! Its bigger, has nicer employees, more stock of any category of stuff. Also I find all these old school things that are awesome even candy they dont have anywhere else now and other foods. I absolutely love this store and its located right by Ollie's and big lots which are similar. So it's worth the trip if you dont find much at one then visit the other. It's all in "The Commons" shopping center and parking lot."
"I am giving a 1 star review but wish it could be zero. My husband and I went in the other day on a date night. We went inside to look around. Realized they were going to close soon so it was just for a quick look around. I needed to use the restroom and the smell made me almost throw up, not to mention the unsightly views. As we were about to leave, one of the employees yells across the store that they were closing in 3 minutes and everyone needed to get the f%*# out. Very unwelcoming environment."
