"12/8/23 The poorest customer service I’ve ever received from a Kroger in my life. I get I walked in 13 minutes before it closed, but my brother’s funeral is tomorrow and I had a last minute request from my parents to make cheesecakes for the repast. I got to the checkout before 11:00. One young lady was trying her hardest to accommodate all 3 of us who had minor issues at the register, the older woman walked away when one of the customers walked out, and the young man, he was of no help. Why come over the intercom with more than one count down announcement if you’re in no hurry to assist customers to get them out? The one experienced woman had a poor attitude within reason, and the young man working said, “why get all the stuff if you can’t pay for it,” in regards to the man who walked out. The guy behind me, we were talking about leaving our stuff too because the customer service was so poor. The young man who made the comment, should’ve never said that. You don’t know what people go through. Maybe he accidentally forgot his wallet and didn’t realize it. If you come to this store, don’t come after 10:40pm because they’re rude and don’t know how to properly deal with the territory that comes with customer service. I get it though, everyone can’t have a, “my pleasure,” attitude. Everyone has bad days and today was mine, and they didn’t make it any better. The young girl was really trying though. Moved a little slow, but was the only useful one tonight. Teamwork would have had us out by 11:00 instead of 11:04"

"I've lived in the area for several years and this Kroger rarely disappoints with their cleanliness and options. My only critique would be the produce seems to be a hit or miss, but other than that, I very much appreciate the options for delivery, pick-up or in person (I've used all three)."

"Lots of products are out of expiration dates!!!! Better check everything I can’t believe that Kroger is getting away with this!!!!! If you go to deli department and want some meat forget about it nobody even works there!!!!! It’s terrible!!!! Fridges with food are extremely dirty it’s disgusting. You are better off to go to Sprouts even though they have less products but it’s at least clean and not out of date!!!!"
