"This location randomly closes before it’s supposed to. This is the second time that I’ve gone when it’s supposed to be open and it’s close. I’m not talking just about to close. I’m talking 3-4 hours before it supposed to close."

"They are never open! Doesn't matter if it's 10 am or 5 pm, the doors are more often than not closed. They have a good selection....if you're lucky enough to actually go when they decide to have the doors unlocked"

"It's a hit or miss here. At least they are trying Update: Went in there today 9/6/23. This place is so hot. It's a shame that this big company can't afford or care to fix their ac system. The employees should not have to be forced to work in such deplorable environment, especially in this heat. The should close this location until the ac is fixed. I was only in there for a couple minutes and I felt like I was going to pass out from the heat in the store. I can't imagine how the employees feel working under those conditions. For this company to be raking in billions in revenue this should not be allowed or tolerated."

"I guess the hours need to be updated. Can't see why they always close super early. Not even 6pm on a FRIDAY, and they are closed. If you can't manage to stay open, move and let a business that can come into the neighborhood. Bad enough the store is messy and cluttered with stock all the time. The way they close early, stock should always be done timely. It won't be because they are always engaged in personal drama and talking about inappropriate things while customers are in the store. They don't know how to stop or have decency to not use profanity when kids are in the store."
