When I tried to return a defective item, I was directed back and forth between the store and company, leading to frustration. The lack of assistance from a store employee added to the inconvenience. "Bought a pair of shoes online and when they made it there were stains and dirt on them like they have been worn. Called customer service and sent photos of the shoes to either return them or give a discount but they just gave us the run around. We were hung up on twice as we were left on hold. Will not shop there again."

"Used to only buy my shoes from finish line!!! Went into the store today and only had an option of 20 shoes while the men's section was closer to 75-100. I guess women aren't as important or they feel like women should just walk around bare footed. I needed a good pair of work shoes and insoles. They had 2 pair of work shoes, they rest are just for look shoes. You lost a good customer. Won't waste my time in any of your stores!!! Not to mention how bad the customer service was. I guess I'm supposed to go in the back myself."
