"My son gave me a gift certificate for Christmas, as he knew that I wanted a new suit, of course after giving a hint. I had never heard of this store before, so I was expecting a gift certificate from Men's Warehouse. We'll, my first experience was absolutely wonderful. The young lady that waited on me knew her stuff. She sized me up pretty quick and was super friendly. Instead of one suit, I bought two. She did my measurements for the alterations and the suits came back perfect. I really liked their many different suit styles and colors and they are in the process of expanding. "Just wanted to share my experience. I went here to Newbury St. in Jackson to plan for 6 suits for a wedding. Everything was good on the first visit. We ordered the suits, I was advised they do weddings all the time that I did not need to call back and check to see if the suits came in or not. 1 month exactly before the wedding I still had not heard anything from Bo. I decided to call again, he did not answer. I left a voicemail and he returned my call the next day to tell me the order was misplaced and not ordered. He advised me that he would let me know the following Monday if we needed to worry or not. If you have anxiety, or just the desire to ensure a smooth planned out wedding day then I advise you to proceed with caution doing business here. At least ensure you have a few months before the big date. To continue with the story, I went to another suit store. Cambridge Limited in Jackson. I told them the situation, they kept suits in stock and had me and all other 5 guys altered suits before Bo at Newbury St could even call me back to tell me if we needed to be worrying. Bo finally called just a little over a week before the wedding and told me that the suits had came in and were ready for us to be fitted. I normally would not make a review on anything but considering this was a highly stressful situation for me I figured I would at least caution future customers. Good luck!"

"Skip the step where you try every store in Jackson to find what you need and just go straight here. Amazing customer service! Extremely helpful! I had to have a specific color/sizes of dress shirts for my groomsmen and myself and in such late notice as well. The gentleman whom is almost always there went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed in time for my wedding day. 10 outta 10 place! Highly recommended!"
