"DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS PLACE! Terrible customer service. African American lady at the counter never spoke even after I tried to just say hi and be polite while waiting for husband. He tried to get a towel that was hanging by the sink out front and she hollered at him, that SHE had to pay for those towels. He informed her the dryer in men’s bathroom didn’t work. She said well it’s not my dryer and it’s new."

"I was forced to give a rating, otherwise it would not allow me to give a review. This is a horrible place of business and management seems to not k ow what it means to owe corporate social responsibility. I have been in this place of business numerous times mainly because this is the only gas station on our rural are. With this being the case, I do not think this gave the owner Singh and her employees the right to treat their customers any kind of way. I have witnessed verbal abuse and physical abuse from this location, and I just happened to be a victim of both of them today. I asked the white male employee to not touch my food as he appeared unclean and he wanted to touch my food after handling money. He became irate, and upset with me and snatched the food out of my hand, refused me service and called me out of my name, all the while the manager stood there quietly and allowed her employee to treat her customers in that manner. I called her to have a conversation about what transpired that same guy picked up and hung up the phone. I called repeatedly until someone answered and she finally, talking about poor business structure. She proceeded to say that the employee did nothing wrong and hung up the phone in my face. Avoid this place at all cost. No customer should be dehumanized. I'm in the process of filing a suit and a BBB report. There's no reason Singh should be in business with behaviors like this. Let's see what the BBB has to say since she did not want to listen to the customer. After all, if it were not for the customers, she not her employees would have a job."

"Incredibly rude! We have been on the road for 10 hours, my husband stopped here so my son and I could use the bathroom. He pulled up in front of the door to drop us off.. we really had to go...and in less than 30 seconds before we could get out of the car an older male employee came out yelling at us that we can’t park there. Understandable but we weren’t even parked there. His foot was on the brake while we got ourselves out so that he could go park. Was just incredibly rude that he didn’t even want to give us a few seconds to get out of the car. So their one star they’re getting goes to their very clean, and nicely renovated bathrooms."
