"One of the worst customer service experiences ever yesterday evening. I only came in for one item urgently needed & location was on route. After being walked past by several different employees I did asked for assistance locating an item that was listed online as being at that location. Employees pass you around to the next employee like it bothered them. I've been in before once to the print shop and received great service from Russell otherwise why is this store even still open. Employees stale, borderline rude. Sad cold vibe within the store. Maybe management can find ways to improve morale. Best wishes."
