"Obviously the store is under new ownership. I don't know why the people come to America and want to be rude and act like we're not worthy to speak to them. I go in the store almost daily or used to the prices are never the same on items I think they make them up when you get to the register because nothing is priced. I wanted a fountain drink the guy had to go to the back and get some ice from I don't know where. And then I tried to fill up my new and it was out Pepsi was out and I ended up buying a bottle Pepsi for $4 and he charged me a dollar 19 for the cup of ice and then which I still could not get a lid to fit the cup so over it go to Casey's or somewhere else"

"I go here all the time because it's right down the block from me, but I'm gonna go that extra mile to Casey's from here on out. The ownership transferred hands which I was cool with. The new owners seemed pretty nice, but they are bringing in family to work now, and when they don't have a price on the computers catalogue at the checkout station they just make some random price up. My son wanted a prime, and they didn't have it logged yet i guess, so the woman up front tried to charge me 5 dollars for a kids drink. I looked at her and said "5 dollars for this?" and she said yep. Even though every other time I've got one with my son it's been 1.99"

"I was just at Maverick at 3:20 pm on 2/16/2022 and wanted to order an 8pc chicken meal and was told they would not cook it fresh because they had chicken in their case that was only an hour old. I told them I wanted it cooked fresh and ready for an hour later so it would be hot. But the older man and girl with black hair said no we can't cook anymore and I could only get what they had. So we went to Little General and they were more than happy to meet our request. My husband goes to Maverick at least once a day if not more but will not be going here anymore. The manager needs to make sure customer requests are being met or she is going to loose alot of business."

"Yeah great and all unless you want a cup of ice..since when is frozen water so expensive? .50 with .99 without purchase. Absolutely ridiculous! Specially for those who stop there everyday and spend money!?"
