"Bought a vehicle off this man 2 months. 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle realized I had no heat. Sam promised to make it right then his garage hit me with a $1900 bill. He would not make it right. He's a liar and a cheat. I will never purchase a vehicle from him again. Anyone know anyway? I can get help would be greatly appreciated"

"This man must think he's the smartest guy in every room he enters. He wouldn't tell us prices on anything, only estimated payments; he was well over KBB on three vehicles we got him to give us "around about" prices on; he tried to push a warranty on us, flim flammed about his "nationally recognized bank, " and insulted a local lender. One lie after another. Wouldn't buy a trike from him."

"The people were nice but I got my 2017 Kia Soul in September of 2022 and I’ve already had to replace the alternator, O2 sensors, spark plugs, and coil packs. Now we think it’s the computer that is giving all the problems now. I don’t recommend getting a car from Car-Mart AT ALL. They are nice people but the amount of problems this car has given me, this car was not worth the $16,000 that we paid for it!"
