"The only problem I had there was the service wasn't good. The employees just didn't have it together tonight. It took them almost 20 minutes to get our order to us on the front line. The food was very good and very tasty. Maybe they just had an off night. I've never had to wait that long for food there."

"I did a mobile order, going on the assumption that I could just go in and just pick it up. Instead the lobby is locked, a whole hour before closing time, for no reason at all. The drive thru is backed up for an entire mile away, so I had no choice but to call. They literally told me they didn't receive my order at all. $37 down the toilet because of this restaurant's incompetence! I would not go back to this Taco Bell, even if it was the last one on earth. Awful!"

"I was just picking up a to-go order, so I will not be able to review the food. When I visited at night, they had a line at the drive-thru that was barely moving. I went inside the lobby. They had plenty of staff on shift but took several minutes to tend to me. The employees here were cursing, horsing around, and not working. Even though their lobby was open, they were turning anyone who wanted to order away, telling them to go through the drive-thru. The staff were all moving unacceptably slow and were extremely unprofessional. As I said, I didn't get any order for myself but the place was filthy. I would not eat anything from here. Do not come here."

"If I could give this Zero stars I would!! First, it took 25 minutes sitting in the drive thru to get my order. When I finally got to the window, I asked to speak to the manager and was automatically given a defensive attitude. This place have Zero customer service. And if that wasn't enough, I get home, and my order is completely wrong. Stole my time and my money! Guess this is what a Soft Taco Supreme looks like!! I will be contacting Better Business Bureau!! DO NOT GO HERE!!"
