"I can't believe this place didn't get anything for the 49ers for the Super Bowl. Why advertise it if your not going to receive it. Then try to have it delivered and it would of arrived till Monday. The superbowl is on Sunday so that doesn't help. Clarksville is the worst"
"They have everything for each occasion but my rating reflects my balloon experience, you purchase their balloons and still have to pay 1.49 per balloon to be blown up and then you have to pay for the bags to put the balloons in. Only shop there if you don't have a capped budget"
"If I could give more stars I would! On Sunday was my daughters birthday party and we had some issues with the balloon arch and had to last minute run to party city. I told the two girls what I was needing and they were so helpful. They offered ideas, were super fast, accommodating and friendly! I wish I got their names. The two girls working the balloon section this past Sunday morning thank you so much!!"
