"First off, great atmosphere. It's not a big dining area. You give your order over an app at your table. No waiters, no bus boy, etc. You place your order and pay. Wait until your food is brought to your table. Which is good and bad. The place was decorated in vintage items. Love it what not to love pac man, spiderman, rugart, starwars, movie posters, comic books, etc. Perfect love the whole ideal of it. Friendly, clean, and you can bring family. We ordered on the app/scan inside of a bit burger and paid. I DO NOT LIKE THIS. The reason is that I do not believe in tipping before i receive my food. And since there are no waiters, no busboy, and I take my tray to waste bin, and I fill my own soda. I do not believe in tipping. It was not earned. 10% for me to do this. i will not be doing this next time. We ordered the The Kong burger with upgraded chili-cheese waffle fries, plus a starter and food to good. Was not busy. The host was filling a to go order while our order was waiting and getting cold. My burger was barely warm, not hot. They forgot my chili cheese on my waffle fries. My waffle fries were cold. My starter was cold also. I would not suggest this if you want hot food. This is one reason I dislike tipping before you get your food and pay for it. Two cooks and 1 host. Cook came out to talk with us and hand us our cup so we can fill our drinks. Nice fellow, my hubby had the chase the host down just so we could get a small 1/4 cup of chili and cheese for my waffle fries. The food was good but cold and items forgotten. I will not be tipping next time cause I get the same service at McDonald's. At least I do not tip for cold food and bad service there. Host could do way more than she did. Cook was awesome. The food is good but cold. Non-smoking, clean, I give a 3 stars room for much more improvement."
"This was literally the most nostalgic experience! All the arcade machines were on free play so you could play however many times you wanted to. They have so much to look at inside it’s amazing! Our food was AMAZING! (I didn’t get a pic of our food) but we got milkshakes as well and they were so good! The cheese curds and loaded totchos were SO GOOOOOOD! (And the ranch they have has to be home made it’s amazing!) If you have the chance to eat here, DO IT! you won’t regret it!!!!"
"Okay, just being totally transparent and honest, my husband and I visited Bit Burger and fully expected just kind of gimmicky, cute place with food that was just alright. We’ve been to geeky attractions before and had food that was much more focused on theme than quality. But, Bit Burger is a stand out place! All of the menu items were pretty perfectly themed, but the quality of the food was even better! We cannot believe this restaurant isn’t more widely known! The atmosphere is fun and exciting, there’s a lot of nostalgia to take in just while sitting at your seat, and the staff was so kind and helpful. Bit Burger has also cultivated an inclusive and safe atmosphere among each of their sister locations (Space Bar and Token Game Tavern) that is really appreciated especially in the Knoxville area. The burgers are excellent and with the option to add a variety of different toppings or even build your own burger, you could easily try something new every time! Even if you can’t stay for a meal, at least try their milkshakes which were totally awesome and really a treat to look at as well!"
"The atmosphere is fun for all ages. While we were there we kept noticing water dripping from the ceiling tiles. The burgers were decent. I asked for the kids meal and when the side didn't come out we were charged $2 more than a kids meal to get my son fries. Not much interaction with employees. Were told at the door we could order from the table, but couldn't get the web page to load. Overall just a mediocre experience."
