"Utterly disgusting. Waited over an hour only to discover that people that used their phone app were being put in line AHEAD of people waiting at the restaurant. We were literally being bumped down the list because we hadn't used their bloody app. We were a party of three INCLUDING MY NINETY YEAR OLD MOTHER-IN-LAW. But we had to wait for the phone app equipped elites. Never have I been so utterly disgusted by the casually dismissive attitude of the management when we called them out on this issue. As you might expect, we will NEVER darken their doors ever again."

"Our meal came out fairly quickly and they had everything correct. 3/4 of us really like our meals. We did not have a specific waiter and that caused issues in trying to get our check. First we were ignored and left waiting. Then we got the wrong one. When we finally got our check we stood in line at check out for about 15minutes. Otherwise a decent experience and pretty good food."

"First time at First Watch. Stopped in for quick brunch. I ordered the "market skillet" and husband ordered a shredded beef breakfast burrito. Both were excellent fresh ingredients and perfect portions(cleaned our plates and full). Rarely I get perfectly cooked over medium eggs and they were!! Highly recommend for a quick healthy fresh meal!"
