"The food is great. Service was slow and scattered. The atmosphere and area gave me a sense of " Let's get out of here quick". Still good price for what you get."

"Went in and ordered 2 mustard, and 2 spicy chicken wraps. Took quite a long time for the food to be brought out, even with only one other person inside of the restaurant. When the food came out, it was the wrong order and was mixed up with the other parties order. Once that was cleared up, we brought the food out to our car to eat it, only to find that our "wraps" were both prepared like a taco and there was a singular, disappointing piece of chicken in each of them. Would have probably gone back in to get it fixed, but didn't have enough time due to an appointment. For my first time going to a Hardee's in a very long time, our experience was less than adequate."

"I've been stopping by this Hardee's for over 20 years (lunch & supper). This store has stayed in my top 5 fast food places the entire time. There's been the occasional mishaps but they've been few and far between. I'll end this simply with my deepest thanks and a tip of hat to the ownership, the management team and all the general staff. Here's to the next 20!"

"Service was okay. Have no complaints about the service. Speaking on breakfast shift only! We went through the drive-thru in-between 7-7:20am. On a Thursday morning. Staff was adequate, not very personal, seemed rushed. Was not asked if we would like any jelly or any other condiments. Purchased• 2 Ham biscuits, 1 Sausage biscuit, 1 medium vanilla milkshake, 1 medium Coke, and 1 medium Dr Pepper. Ham biscuits tasted old and stale. As if they had been made the day before. The biscuit was super hard. ( was hard for my elderly mother to eat ). They were also cold. Now Sausage biscuit was hot and freshly made. No complaints about the drinks. Did have to pull up to wait about 1 minute for the shake. Which is expected when ordering a milk shake. They are hand-made. I worked for Hardee's as a teenager from the age of 16-20. And it does take time making the shakes."

"On 9-17-2023 the Lobby was locked so we couldn’t come in for our usual breakfast before church. Ordered through the drive thru and ate in the parking lot. Steak was fresh but biscuits were dry and Luke warm. We usually enjoy this place. Hoping whatever issues going on can be fixed."
