"My wife and I stopped into Kroger to shop, it was just before 6:30pm and she was going to get us a coffee. At first the 2 employees ignored my wife then after a few minutes told my wife they were closed when posted hours are till 7."

"Completely messed up my order. I ordered mobile order and they threw it away and said sorry you’ll have to get it refunded and so then I just ordered something else and completly messed up all 3 drinks I had ordered and some of the stuff they used to make the drinks with were krogers brand like I’m paying for Starbucks brand why is it kroger. Never getting Starbucks at this location again."

"This was my first time going and certainly my last. I placed a mobile order and got my drink 20 minutes after I placed it and 15 minutes after I arrived and asked for my order. The people who ordered after me got their order’s before me. When I politely asked for my drink to be made, the worker responded very defensively and unapologetically. Not only did they make me late for a very important event, but they were rude when I asked about it."

"My five year old granddaughter, my dog, and I are regulars each morning at the Starbucks, conveniently located five minutes from our house. As I chauffeur my granddaughter to school, we usually order the same items. My dog expects her puppacino. My five year old orders her green tea frap, I usually have iced coffee in the summer, hot coffee in the winter. The barristas all know us. They even know the dog. The dog knows them. My five year old knows them. This is a good arrangement. Oh yeah: I bought this mini French press. It doubles as a travel mug. You press and go. No time to pour. Extract and glug. I love living in the future."
