"Really, don't trust this company that don't appreciate your business. Nice, till you finish to shop and, new policies when you ask for their help!! I have never heard to ask to return your item new in box, not used, no damaged, to pay the return and the 25% of the price as stocking fee! No kidding! This new policie came out when I asked about the return policy. Not honest at all!! Better somewhere else than here. The marketplace is huge"

"Well, one would think that with all of the 1 Star ratings about returns, customer service and other issues perhaps the company would get a clue. I ordered two simple products and one was clearly incorrect, and after sending photo evidence multiple times, multiple phone calls to customer service, returns department or anyone who would talk to me, still no progress. I only deal with companies that stand behind their products and service and Katom clearly is only interested in their wallet. Won’t be buying anything from this place again."

"I ordered Two shelving units from Katom. When they arrived, they had been improperly packaged and so parts fell out and were missing. After 8 weeks of multiple contacts via phone and email with their support department, I finally received the WRONG parts. Now it’s been another 8 weeks of phone calls and emails for a total of 4 full months since they took my money. I have over 10 phone calls and 10 emails, but am still missing 3 posts for my shelf unit. I give up. It’s easier to go to Amazon and purchase the three missing posts for $50, then try to box up this shelf and fight them for a refund. Katom, if you are reading this, my case number is RR00085681. FAIL!"

"Price was the best but my item was received damaged, over two months ago! I've contacted them multiple times about a refund for my item, they are *supposedly* waiting on Fedex, the shipper, to get back to them about credit. I've told them multiple times the box wasn't damaged upon shipping. This is the second time we've had an issue with them in as many orders. I will never order from here again. Its Central or Webstaurant from now on, I'll strongly suggest you do the same"

"BUYER BEWARE: this company is fully taking advantage of the COVID19 situation and will take your money. I have been waiting for a over a month for a refund on a shipment that was broken in transit by the carrier and returned to Katom, not by me, but by Fedex. If your product has issues in transit get ready for a roller coaster of excuses and horrible communication from this company. Once I realized my shipment never arrived I had to do the digging to see what was going on. Never once did Katom contact me about the issue with the shipment broken in transit. Now, a month later I am stuck with calling them, emailing, messaging and having to write a review to warn other customers of how much time I, JUST ME, have spent trying to get an answer on when I will be reimbursed. I have purchased from this company in the past with hesitation as their shipping costs are very high. However, they do have many products difficult to find elsewhere. I now will no longer offer any of these products as I cannot afford to deal with another situation like this ever again. The latest response I had from them is they were behind because of COVID. I find this a ridiculous excuse as all other companies would simply look at the status from the mail carrier, see the item never reached the customer and hit a button to refund the customer. I should not be waiting this long, and this company needs to be recognized for their extreme neglect."
