"We really love the kid friendly elements here. It’s the only shop we feel like we can bring our kids (who are well-behaved and quiet) but it gives us a moment to drink a cup of coffee and talk while they draw or play with the kitchen. The coffee has been excellent and we’ve been about 10 times over the past month. The honey nut is liquid gold and I could drink it daily. Just bought Christmas gifts from the store yesterday! Would love to see some new items in the store too!"

"September 2023 update - Stopped in again and it’s still a 5 ⭐️ coffee shop to me. I absolutely love both locations. IG: myfavoritecoffeeshops Spent the last week in Knoxville and had the pleasure of stopping in at Highline Coffee with my family twice while in town. The best iced lattes I've ever had. Knoxville has an outstanding coffee culture and Highline Coffee is at the top of the list in my opinion. Friendly folks, excellent space inside Jack's of Knoxville, and consistently delicious coffee. Spread the word."

"I’m a big fan of this coffee shop boutique! You can pick up some great coffee (my personal favorite is the Mocha) and shop local artists right in the same spot. The shop is also welcoming for people to sit and work, which is perfect for the atmosphere and laid back feel of this shop. Highly recommend for both locals and those visiting!"

"Jacks has the best espresso drinks we’ve tried in downtown Knoxville. Their flavors are beautifully subtle, and the foam is so thick, it’s like a meringue. They also have such a fun selection of plants at every growing stage as well as merchandise from a variety of local artists and vendors. Its cozy interior with intimate little tables makes it the perfect place for a coffee date."
